The Issue
The F-35 Lightning II fighter and the KC-46A Pegasus air refueling tanker are the latest platforms fielded by the Air Force. Each system is equipped with the latest technology to provide the greatest advantage in combat operations.
Recommendation
Continue designating F-35 and KC-46A aircraft to the Air National Guard to ensure equipment and training parity with the active component.
