GUARD DEATH First Lt. Trevarius Ravon Bowman, 25, died May 19 at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, the Defense Department announced late last week. Bowman, from Spartanburg, South Carolina, was a member of the South Carolina National Guard’s 228th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade. His death was related to a noncombat incident that is under investigation, officials said.
